Set in the center of a beautiful 3 acre 125-year old organic pear orchard, this Italian style villa is the perfect place for your special day. We specialize in extraordinary outside events, so whether it's spring, summer, or fall, The Villa has the versatility to accommodate your unique vision for your luncheon, dinner, ceremony, or reception.

The Villa was built in August 1999, by Gary and Teresa Moore. It was originally built for the purpose of big family gatherings, sharing it with friends and neighbors, and throwing really fabulous parties! Located within 30 minutes of five LDS temples and 45 minutes from the SLC airport, it is the perfect central location in Utah and Salt Lake County.

Over the last 19 years, over 300 events have been hosted! We have had events ranging from enchanting garden weddings, to cowboy rustic, complete with the bride’s hound dog Elle May as the ring bearer. We have hosted sit down dinners for 350 people, or have had 5 food trucks park on the property in order to serve right out the side windows.

The Villa has the feel of a sophisticated professional reception center, yet the charm of something more personal. Our team is truly dedicated to taking your ideas and turning them into realities, making your guests feel pampered, and ensuring the only thought you have on your day is how much you are enjoying yourself.
