Pricing

The Villa is yours for the day, and we hope that you and your guests enjoy the 2.5 acre venue as much as we do. We pride ourselves on making your day as blissful and stress-free as possible. We do this so that all your family and friends can enjoy the day without having to worry about coordinating or organizing anything.

The price for The Villa is $10,300**

We are unique in that we only book one event per week. This allows you to bring in any decorations, or day-of items (such as a guest book, signs, etc) starting on Thursday, and we take it from there! We have a creative staff which will handle all the set up and take down for your event - from sign in to centerpieces we will make your vision happen.

As we meet, and discuss your event and ideas, any inventory The Villa has is yours to use for no extra charge - and we have lots of wonderful things.  

​

We will also act as a wedding coordinator/planner to interface with your caterer, florist, dj, cake delivery, and any other vendors to make sure your event timetable is as you planned. 

 

During your event, The Villa is always open for use of the 4 lovely bathrooms, and of course for enjoying the rooms and art inside.  As the reception winds down and you head off for your honeymoon, we want your guests to feel welcome to stay sitting, chatting, and enjoying the evening. We will not begin final take down until your wedding party has given us the go-ahead.

 

At the end of your event, you are welcome to take whatever decor and items you have brought, but are also welcome to schedule a time with Teresa the following Monday to pick up your items.

Extras - Price as Mentioned

Ring or Marriage Ceremony:

Adding a ceremony to your reception is $350. This includes set up and take down of chairs, and a 2-3 hour rehearsal the day before.

Luncheon or Dinner: 

$45 per table - seats 10, price includes table, chairs, linens, center pieces, and set up and take down. 

*If your reception is a dinner reception, the all inclusive price covers that.

Alcohol - Wine and Champagne ONLY: 

$500 for alcohol plus a refundable $1000 security deposit

In accordance with Utah Law, a food item must also be served with alcohol.

You must hire your own certified bartender, we do not provide this, but can provide you with recommendations. 

 

Full China Set Up: 

$10 per person including set up, take down, and refill service

Includes: designer dinner ware, antique silver flatware, stemware, cloth napkins, and

special china with chargers for the head table.

 $30 per hour includes staff and serving - does not include sugars, popcorn, & other supplies

 

Italian Creme Soda Bar:

Dirty Soda Bar:

$5 per person - includes 5 sodas of your choice, 2 creamers, cups with lids and straws

Additional Staff - $20 per hour

Bridal Shower: 

$500 for a 4 hour event inside The Villa 

May 16 - Sept 30: Monday through Thursday 

Oct 1 - May 15: Monday through Saturday

Photoshoot Pricing

Less than 8 people on the grounds:

$125 per hour - Outside shooting only 

$150 per hour - Inside shooting only 

$175 per hour - combined in and outside

If your shoot involves more than 8 people: 

$200 per house - Outside only 

$250 per hour - Combined in and outside

Bridal photo session on the grounds for no charge with booked reception
